Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy.

- Customer must pay return shipping charge unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.
- To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the item must still be new and in the original packaging, with original package condition. In other words, unless otherwise noted below, if we cannot sell the product in the condition it is returned, then we will not issue a refund.
- In all cases, a refund can be provided only to the original purchaser and in the method used for original payment (e.g. credit card, check, PayPal, etc).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
